That I can take the time to smell the flowers
That I can make a bouquet out of almost anything, from "weeds" to evergreen boughs to dead sticks
That inner beauty (like a flower brought indoors) is more important than surface appearances
That patience and humility are cultivated in silence and wonder
That releasing a "bouquet" -- a bunch of flowers, the day's events, my own cares and concerns -- is more rewarding than keeping it for myself
And that yellow, your favorite color, really is the happiest hue out there
God bless you, Sister of My Heart
Lovingly,
